Cook Tandoori Chicken on Gas Stove At Home!

  • For 1st marinade, 2 good pieces of chicken leg

  • A little juice about a quarter of lime or lemon
  • Then the 2nd marinade consisting of 100 gm thick greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 teaspoons of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons of Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons of coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons of black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons of Kasuri methi or also known as dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of ghee
  • To serve you need some Chaat masala
  • A bit of lime or lemon juice
  • Finely chopped onion rings

After you have all the ingredients ready, you can start the preparation.


  1. In the first bit, mix the chicken leg pieces well with the marinade.
  2. Keep it aside for half an hour.
  3. After half an hour, mix the pieces once again, this time with the 2nd
  4. Keep it aside for half an hour more.
  5. Now cook the chicken leg pieces in a pan on your stove.
  6. Then, it’s the time for your tandoori grill to come out
  7. Use the grill to cook the chicken pieces on a flame.
  8. It will start giving out the juices, becoming moist and tender in the process
  9. Finally, your chicken is ready to be served with finely chopped onion, green pudina chutney, lime, and a light sprinkle of chaat masala.

All in all this preparation can be done within 90 minutes at the most. One of the most popular appetizers or starter dishes that people love. With the usage of best water purifiers and kitchen chimneys ensure a great meal without compromising on good health.
