Water: The Wave of Life
It is said that all life started from water. There may be some scientific reasons behind this thought. It is the one thing we cannot do without. Every ancient culture and civilization have worshipped and revered water. Two thirds of the earth's surface is covered by water. 75 percent of the human body is made of water. Water circulates through the land just as it does through the human body, transporting, dissolving, and replenishing nutrients and organic matter, while carrying away waste material. It is a vehicle of life. From this the amount of damage that impure water can do can be easily estimated. Officials estimate 900,000 people each year become ill, and possibly 900 die from waterborne disease.
Some simple measures like making sure the water you use is clean and pure can lessen the danger. Let us remember waves of pure water and pure intentions can change life, if not the world.
